IFOOD CARNAVAL

iFood is Latin America’s largest foodtech service.

The task was to create a campaign that would air during the Brazilian Carnival.

Carnival is the biggest street party in Brazil: 2 weeks of pure revelry. Brazilians anxiously wait the whole year to kill their hunger for dancing, drinking, dressing up, kissing whomever they want, but no one is thinking about food. And that’s how "Kill your hunger for Carnival, kill your hunger for iFood” was born.

 

So how could a food delivery app be relevant in this scenario? By Focusing on the after party, of course. We remembered people to order food on their way home.

The TVC is full of memes and relevant references to the local culture. The performer Gloria Groove is our main character and she sings a sticky parody (based on her original song) about killing the hunger after a carnival day.
